Generously sponsored by Cary and Suzanne Redfearn of Lumberyard, this casual night out with friends, fellow parents and SchoolPower supporters is a hit year after year. Guests enjoy a three-course dinner, selected by the principals of the four Laguna schools and prepared by Lumberyard chefs, then vote for their favorite dishes. This year’s big winners were LBHS principal Jason Allemann and TMS principal Joe Vidal! Join us on January 29, 2024.

For the past 37 years, SchoolPower supporters have gathered to enjoy cocktails, dinner and dancing with the purpose of raising funds to support Laguna Beach students. Cumulatively, these annual galas have raised millions and helped establish a wide range of enhancements for Laguna schools, including social emotional support services, a high school mentorship program, coding and digital literacy curriculum, and more.

SchoolPower’s 38th annual gala is Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Montage Laguna Beach.

SchoolPower’s widely popular and intensely competitive Dodgeball Tournament brings together the entire community in the spirit of silliness and competition. Over 500 players, coaches, referees, scorekeepers and organizers rally each year to raise funds for our schools, and each champion team wins $500 in prize money to designate to a teacher or school program of their choice.
